Join us for a free in-person seminar focused on hormonal imbalances and inflammation and how functional nutrition can help uncover what may be driving your symptoms.
Led by Carolina Functional Nutrition, this event explores the connections between hormones, gut health, inflammation, stress, and nutrition, and why looking at the whole picture can matter when you’re struggling with symptoms that just won’t go away.
If you’re dealing with:
🌿 Stubborn weight gain, especially around your midsection
🌿 Chronic fatigue or brain fog
🌿 Mood changes, anxiety, irregular cycles, or other signs of hormonal imbalance
🌿 Headaches, joint pain, or chronic inflammation
🌿 Digestive issues or food sensitivities
🌿 Persistent symptoms that haven’t been explained by standard testing
You need to be in the room!
We’ll cover:
🌿 Why hormonal symptoms and inflammation can persist even when standard labs look “normal”
🌿 The connection between gut health, inflammation, stress, and hormone balance
🌿 What functional testing may uncover that basic labs don't always show
🌿 How nutrition and lifestyle can influence hormones, inflammation, and energy
🌿 Practical ways to support your gut, hormones, energy, and overall health
This isn’t a surface-level talk about eating better. It’s a deeper look at why you may still feel poorly, what could be driving your symptoms, and how functional nutrition can help address the bigger picture.
Seats are limited. We’ll call to confirm your spot, so RSVP now!
